Premier Facility Management LLC provides janitorial services for residential, corporate or commercial businesses located in Washington. Their goal was to refresh their old logo into something more bold, modern, and that could withstand the test of time. After a thorough market analysis we decided that their logo should imply cleaning without using typical, over-used cleaning items like bubbles, spray bottles, vacuums, etc.
Two logos were created, one with LLC and one without LLC (for when they make the move out of being an LLC). In case dimensions or size restrictions caused legibility issues with their wordmark logo, an icon was also created.
Their new logo captures an implied sense of modern cleanliness, trust, and industriousness.
